Visit Relia's Lost Kitchen
Nestled at the top of a hill, surrounded by a garden filled with flowers and herbs cultivated by NOC founder Aurelia Kennedy and overlooking the Nantahala River below once sat Relia’s Garden Restaurant. An ode to home cooked meals, southern charm, and rustic elegance, thousands of savory meals were once served to guests of Nantahala Outdoor Center. More recently, Relia’s Garden Restaurant has served hungry guides and retreating groups (who Aurelia would have simply referred to as “family”) under its towering ceiling and on the expansive deck overlooking the garden.
Nantahala Outdoor Center is proud to reopen the doors publicly to Relia’s Lost Kitchen – an exclusive pop up eatery focused on satisfying taste buds with delightful food and drink pairings. Guests will relish in southern dishes with a twist while drinks served alongside enhance the flavors and pique curiosity – leaving guests saying, “Just one more bite.”
