Camp Critter at NOC Gatlinburg is a fun-filled family event featuring live local music and lots of activities for kids. Explore the Ice Cream Social, live music, LL Bean Family Camping Kit giveaway, Critter coloring station, swinging bridge, climbing wall, scavenger hunt, and more. Join us for a day of adventure, music, and fun at NOC Gatlinburg with our friends at LL Bean! 

Live Local Music  

12pm-3pm | Front Porch 

Grab a seat in our rocking chairs and enjoy the sounds of live local music on the front porch—the perfect way to spend a Spring afternoon.

Ice Cream Social in Partnership with LL Bean

The first 100 customers will receive a free scoop of locally made ice cream, a sweet way for us and L.L.Bean to say thank you for celebrating with us!

LL Bean Family Camping Kit Giveaway

Purchase any L.L.Bean item in-store and you’ll be entered to win a Family Camping Kit, which includes a tent, a family set of trekking poles, and other camping essentials to get you adventure-ready in style.

Once you’ve made it into the store checkout our kid-friendly 25-foot climbing wall.  

Free Facepainting 

12-3pm | First Floor 

Bring your little adventurers to the second floor’s Camp Critter Kid’s Zone for a magical face-painting experience—totally free! 

Camp Critter Kids Activities 

11am-4pm | First Floor

Enjoy a wide range of special activities such a coloring station featuring your favorite Smoky Mountain Critters or color a glow in the dark hanging ornament to place inside our “Bear Cave”.  You can also grab your Find Freddie Scavenger Hunt page, which will have you searching for your favorite Tennessee furry and buggy friends! 

Swinging Bridge 

ALL DAY | Third Floor 

Once you’ve made your way to the top of the store checkout our swinging bridge and you can look over all you’ve accomplished and enjoyed at NOC Gatlinburg.
