Outdoor Adventure Near Atlanta, GA

NOC is Atlanta’s favorite outfitter for recreational activities on the Chattahoochee River! The Metro Atlanta Outposts are located at Powers Island in Sandy Springs and Johnson Ferry in Marietta in the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area.

NOC offers river trips and rentals for tubing, kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), rafting and inflatable kayaks. With half-day and full-day rentals available, you and your group can explore up to eight miles of flatwater and Class I-II whitewater. Shooting the Hooch is one of the best things to do in Atlanta, and NOC is the only outfitter conveniently located inside the national park. There is a $3 parking fee to the National Park Service guests will pay upon arrival.
